Our appointment was for 9am. Did not get out of there until almost noon. I was told at 10:30 my car was almost done. It was after 11:30 when it was completed. My wide called to speak to someone about it and the gentleman she spoke to said they would get back to her today. It is not 7:24 pm ( 7 hours since she called) and no one has returned her call. We were debating on upgrading but this was our final straw and eill be taking our business elsewhere.

I was able to get in right away without an appointment to get my battery replaced. John even had someone come to my office to pick up the van so I didn't have to use AAA. Thanks!
