I called John on a Thursday and let him know that my car was making a strange noise. He said I could bring it in on Monday. I let him know that I was going on a road trip for the weekend and he was very gracious about letting me drop it off that night. He even called me that Thursday night about the issue and had everything fixed by Friday morning for pickup. I'm very thankful tor the staff at Anderson Weber. I bought my car from Anderson Weber 7 years ago and have been very thankful for the service department. I'm a happy customer and will continue to use Anderson Weber for my car needs.

When I arrived at the service desk no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up and take my keys. 'Guess it was a busy afternoon for everyone.

I appreciate that John knows me and my car. He's always ready with a good, honest answer whenever I'm asking questions about what my car will need next so I can budget for it. If there's ever anything expensive service that needs to be done, he has a great way of explaining it in a way that makes it easier for me to accept. He's aware of the fact that the way he says things will impact the customer experience.

John helped out greatly in managing the needs of my vehicle repairs to the budget I had. He talked to me about the critical must get done services and which ones we can do later in the near future cause of my budget. He setup a loner car for me and made sure it was ready to accommodate my schedule while I received repairs. He was professional and answered all my questions beginning to end. Thanks again for the service.

65 for rotating tires and service checks seems excessive especially when the driver's side wiper has a 3-4" rubber section that isn't even attached. Did some of the boxes just get checked OK because they normally are ok or were the checks actually made? Unfortunately, it's hard to know since the wiper flaw was missed. Additionally, I can't remember how much I paid for the 25k through 45k services but I think it was around 250-300. Having to pay an additional 40 for a wheel alignment doesn't feel right. That's a lot of money for rotating tires, a couple oil changes, some filters and a lot of "checks".
