We came in to pick up our car after being called that it was done. On arrival, the electronic key didn't work and the technician to repair it was gone for the night, meaning our car had to stay overnight to be fixed, hopefully,in the morning

FYI: when I drop off the vehicle they take my phone number but then notify my wife via text. But they did call me when an O2 sensor needed to be replaced. I guess I find it odd that you contact my wife with updates when I gave my phone number. Not a big deal but wierd

When I made the original appointment, I stated that it was for a 60,000 mile check up. The person who then scheduled the appointment, evidently scheduled it it too late in the day. Therefore, they could only do half of the service required before your shop closed. That meant that I now have to go back twice for one service. Not fair. Extremely frustrating. Time consuming.
