I can't say enough about how great Bill was to work with. He provided me with a loaner to run errands while my car was being serviced. This was invaluable as I was short on time and allowed me to accomplish multiple tasks at once. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and treated like I was the most important customer in the building. If I needed another reason to stick with Toyota, it would definitely be to continue to work with Bill. Exceptional customer service and an asset to your organization!

Wondering why it would possibly have taken almost 2 hours to complete my oil change and switch out wiper blades today. Took twice as long today for no apparent reason.

Not happy after spending over $700 for new tires that does not include free tire rotation. We bought our vehicle at this dealership and have serviced since buying the car. We will no longer consider purchasing another vehicle or service our vehicle here. Your service and support staff have been friendly. Sadly because of a simple free tire rotation, you have lost a customer. Dennis S
