I was called that the car was ready. I spent about 10 minutes' going over with Matt what was done on the car then stood around nearly 20 minutes waiting for the bill to be finalized, that should have already be prepared. I was told that the garage remote buttons were reset but when I got into the car to code in my garage door opener I found that it was not reset and I had to go back in to find someone to help me. Luckily I checked it before I left the dealership. Everything else was great.

We really appreciate that John always gives us a loaner car. We live out of town and this allows us to get back home and go about our day with no inconvenience. The service department is very accommodating and friendly.

Great customer service and quick turnaround! This was my first time having a driver take me home, instead of waiting, both were wonderful and kind. Anderson Weber Toyota has lived up to the hype, they only employee go getters with a passion for service!
