The staff @ Anderson Weber is always helpful and pleasant. I only buy a new car once every 10 yrs or 100,000 miles. No matter what my questions are the staff never makes you feel dumb. I send all my friends there, and bought 2 RAVs from your dealership.

Great seevice. John was clear about the timeline and a cost so we can plan our day. It wasn't quick, but it was done exactly when he said it would be and we could manage our day well which is really important to us.

It would be nice to get a car wash if we spend a certain amount of money when we come in for service though. In my case with 4 new tires and an oil change.
