I have known John for years. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I totally trust him. One reason I keep buying Toyota automobiles is because I am confident that I will get terrific service. I feel like he really cares about the safety of me and my family. Great job! I hope you appreciate him because we do!

My car needed 90k maintenance, and John did not think they would have time, thus I might require a loaner. They got it done before 5 so I got my car back. He had two people work on it to make sure it was done. He under-promised, and over-delivered. I was surprised and VERY happy to hear this. I love your service staff. They are always great. So are the cashier staff. And today, John was amazing! Thank you!!

Rattle noise driving me crazy. Worse than it was when I brought it in to be fixed. Considering never buying another Highlander. Could not recommend this vehicle to anyone else. My old 2003 ran better than my current 2006. Very unhappy.
