The time it took me to drive there was the time it took to get my vehicle in, serviced and completed; even though there were several other vehicles. I love how you guys are always on the "ball" with everything that is wrong and fix the issue while explaining it where I understand it with ease. So thank you! I definitely regret not coming to you, Anderson-Weber, sooner!!!

I arrived at 9:20 for a 9;30 appt. To get my brakes checked. At 11am I hadn't heard anything and went and asked Bill if it was done yet. He said that it was just diagnosed. 1hr 40 minutes to check my brakes? He said the fix Wouldn't be done until 3:00 p.m. and cost $646. I spoke w/mr. Martin by phone who tried to justify the huge delay. The car was done at 2pm, mr.martin offered $60 off and was very brief. I wasn't impressed.

The frame replacement seems fine so far, but the caliper bolts weren't addressed as requested. Not a big deal as it was a last minute request and not part of the recall. Thanks for getting the truck in and out so quickly!
