For the first time in my history of service with Anderson Weber I left frustrated. I was told service would only take an hour. At the one hour and 15 minute mark I checked my phone only to find I had missed a text that my car had been done for awhile. No one came to tell me, nor had I been informed that notification via text only was the new procedure. When I mentioned this to the woman at the payment window I received an under the breath sorry. She wouldn’t even look me in the eye. My car had been ready nearly 30 minutes ago and apparently it was my problem. I left feeling dismissed. Not the kind of service I had come to expect. In fact, customer service is why I always came back.
