There were grease/dirt marks on the carpet on the rear deck that had to be removed to access the battery. I was able to get most of them out, so I'm not going to worry about the one spot I can't get out.

Service was very good, however, it would have been nice if the service dept would have contacted me to let me know they had to keep my car overnight. When we hadn’t heard from them by 4:30 pm my husband had to call to see what was happening w/the car.
