I haven't had any service in 2 months other than my car waiting on parts downstairs in the body shop. When I have had service it's been done to my satisfaction.

No need to contact me. I have always had great service so I view this as a fluke. I did receive the initial text regarding my vehicle was being serviced but never received one that it was completed. I waited 2 hours before asking if my oil change was complete. When I did inquire the staff was very polite and apologized. I was given the billing and keys within minutes (paperwork was right, keys were not!) After all was said and done, I did not have to pay for the oil change and that was very kind. I understand mistakes happen, so I am not upset. Just wished I would have asked about my car earlier, now I know to ask after an hour.

First time at your new dealership purchase. Got me right in to service and my service representative was Excellent, but I was to get a Error Code Checked and Cleared from the system. Code was read and error was noted, but when I left the dealership, the error code was still on and not cleared. I brought all my company cars to this dealership in the past, unsure if I will continue. Thank-you - John S

Waited for over an hour after vehicle was done. A worker even inquired what vehicle I was waiting for, he went to check on it and never returned. Not typical, usually service is excellent.
