Usually work with Bill, but found Curt to be just as nice. Was planning on getting a loaner vehicle, but Curt determined that an oil change was not needed, (when we bought the car, the old sticker was still on), I told him we were going on vacation, and he said he would like the car checked, tires rotated, etc and waa able to do that immediately. So kind and thoughtful. I will emjoy my vacation knowing my vehicle is in great condition. Bought this vehicle there 2 months, have had my other Toyotas serviced there, won't go anywhere else.

John was great about our return trip to service. The team was thorough in researching the cause of our mushy brakes. So far so good after our return to Iowa City! Well worth the trip to Anderson Weber in Dubuque for our Toyota service!

Over charged for oil change. We always paid under $25. If the price changed was changed weren't told about it. We will be coming out to talk to someone about this with the next couple of days.
