John is very good communicator. Also pleased that service department took care of me Saturday afternoon... I had tried to call the dealership and the service department multiple times Saturday but could never get through I think the lines were turned off or something, you might want to check into that. I wish that you offered a service to get the bugs and grime off the outside of car but I guess I'd rather have the service done on time and correctly. that's the only big difference I noticed between my Omaha service and you was they detail the car somewhat before they give it back to you... again not a complaint just a comment, thank you to both of the gentlemen in the service department that took such good care of me

This is by far my favorite dealership. I bought my vehicle in central Wisconsin, and while I loved my dealership there, I have been so pleased with the way John handles all my questions and concerns. My vehicle is always done promptly or I am offered a vehicle to drive. Such a stress free environment which is absolutely essential. I appreciate the atmosphere here so much!
