I requested service information before work was completed on my vehicle. The work on my vehicle was completed without my consultation or authorization. I know the service area is a busy place but I would appreciate more open communication in the future to avoid any future situations like this. Thank you.

I was very happy with how fast I could get my vehicle in for service. While there it was brought to my attention I needed a new rear wiper but was in no way pressured to replace it immediately

I made a 2:15 appointmt for a routine service check. I was told it would take 15 min-30 min. I brought the car to the garage @ 2:10 and was told it would be 45 min-1hr. I went directly to the customer service wait room and waited there until 4:45 when I inquired of the service desk. I was told that they called my name once and I didn’t respond. I only left the wait room once about 4:00 and was in the woman’s rest room for about 3 min. During that time a friend in the wait room offered to listen for my name. Upon my return she said that no one had called for me. My husband received a message on his phone that the car was ready, but he knew nothing of the appt and was not with me at the time. This was our first service call with our new 2018 Toyota. I missed an afternoon’s work due to this inconvenience...and apparently my car was ready at 3:30...but Ivwas not notified. I am very disappointed in this lack of organization and communication! SUE Lemon

After I drove the car home I noticed the the right side (passenger side) of the car was noticeably higher than the left side. This must be corrected ASAP.
