I did not feel the friendliness from the service dept. that I normally get an I did not get my keys with payment had to go back an get them an it took an hour for an oil change was not happy with that . I came into your service dept an said wow this is really nice the remodel an the man at the first desk just ignored me I stood there a minute waiting for a response of some sort an he just st there as if I wasn’t there an he’s been there awhile I’ve seen him before sincerely Mary M

The day after I had my vehicle in for oil change it would not start and I had to take it in to have the battery cleaned due to how badly it was corroded, which was very visible just upon having the hood open.

Bill Steirman at Dubuque service center is always so nice. They all are great including the girls in the office for check-out. We love toyota cars and especially the service. Nice make-over of service area and waiting room....thanks, Claire Lattner
