My car took an hour before it was returned to me and was promised 45 min. When finished i watched it sitting in the parking lot for atleast 10 min before i went to theservice counter, no one came to get me when completed

There was a bad speaker. It was figured out by Curt and the speaker was replaced. Now the sound system is great. It was difficult to figure out what the poor sound problem was but Curt did a great job isolating the problem.

Much better communication than Bill ever has. I knew a timeline & got a call updating me on the progress. Would rather have Curt help me anytime our van needs service, etc.

My experience with AW & Abra Auto Body was 5 star. Kris Wolfe picked up my Rav4 and left me a loaner, Abra Auto Body did a fantastic job fixing my Rav4, and the service dept at AW took care of the maintenance that needed to be done @ 5,000 miles before Kris returned my Rav4. Really happy I bought my car at AW

I love the new service department look. It's very cool to drive into a clean service area with markings on the floor to show you where to drive. I had a nice place to read while the service was done. Just what I expected from Anderson-Weber!
