My service rep was polite and professional. I have no complaints with him. I came in for a tire rotation. He said I didn't need my tires rotated, but did need wipers. Fine. I knew that and had the service done. My complaint is that I prepaid for a tire rotation. This service was not preformed, nor was I offered a discount on my wiper replacement in lieu of my prepaid tire rotation. Now, how I see this as a consumer, is that I have an auto loan, which includes my prepaid service agreement. So, I'm also paying interest on this service. I have purchased four automobiles in the last five years from Anderson Weber. (The deer in this area are very good for your business.) During my visit in October, I was told I needed additional services. I was caught off guard with this expense. I did have the services done and I remembered to ask for the discount that is sent via my email. I work nights. I usually have my car serviced after my shift. I'm tired and want to go home. I don't want to have to think about asking for a discount or how your company is going to adjust for my prepaid service that wasn't preformed. My concerns may appear small, but I am a single woman, who carefully budgets her finances. At present, I do not feel very appreciated by your dealership. Actually, I feel more taken advantage of. I'm willing to discuss this via phone or in person. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. Unfortunately, my loyalty to Anderson Weber is lessening and I will probably find another dealership when I make my next purchase. I would rather not do that, so please consider contacting me. Great job taking the time to explain the various issues and make sure things were done accurately. I know they were busy but he still answered my questions and looked into it thoroughly and pleasantly, which allowed me to feel much better informed and able to decide what to do.

Curt the service manager was very nice and helped me a ton. Originally came in with no appointment when my check engine light came on. He was able to check things out right away and gave me an idea of what was wrong and how to fix it. He even sat with me and relayed the information to my dad via speaker phone before we made the decision to move forward with the repairs. I also dealt with John, a service advisor while Curt was away and it was all smooth sailing. Took a couple days to get my car back but the problems were solved and my car is running great again. I have zero complaints and I'd bring my car back if I ever needed help with it. Thank you!
