The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. I got my vehicle serviced in a very reasonable time. The only issue I had with this visit was I when I was picking which tire I was getting one of the reasons I chose this one was that it came with a $75 mail in rebate which made them worth the extra money to get the all season version. Once I came to pick up my vehicle I was then told that it was actually a $25 mail in rebate. I don't blame the person that was helping me but it is very frustrating when your running a tight budget and get told one price then have to pay another.

I came in on Jan 15 at 2:30 just as a snowstorm was starting. They took the car in right away and got me out early. Bill looked at the front of my car and snapped the sides back in. Not only that but they brought my car inside so I could get in it without venturing outside on the slippery pavement. I was not only very impressed but I was very appreciative. I always get top notch service.

I brought my 2019 Highlander in because the air pressure for the tires light came on. They discovered that the left front tire was the only tire that needed air. I had filled the tire previously about three weeks ago. Upon further inspection they found a nail had gone through the tire and promptly repaired the tire in less than 30 minute. I was very impressed with the service and the willingness to help.

I cannot praise that young man enough. We were on our way from Ames, Iowa to Beloit, Wisconsin to a funeral. When we came into Dubuque a loud noise started up in the rear of the car. We pulled into the Dealership that was right by HyVee where we had had lunch, Tim greeted us before we even got inside the building and immediately drove the car to listen to the noise. Said he'd have someone look at it right away and if it was a serious problem would help us get a loaner and be on our way because we had to get to Beloit before dark because I do not drive well in the dark (I don't drive in the dark if I can help it for the safety of others as well as my self). They looked at the car, thank goodness it was a minor problem and we were on our way within an hour. I will be forever grateful to that young man.
