John was very welcoming and investigated what I needed done on the vehicle per manufacturer recommendations, and recommended the services I should receive. This shop is always easy to work with. I appreciate the text updates. Also - the woman who staffs the reception / bulling function for the service department is outstanding - very friendly and service oriented. She is an excellent face to your enterprise.
