Tim Then was a bit distracted or scattered when I brought in my car. I provided an alternate number to call because I had forgotten my cell phone. He still called my cell when they weren't able to diagnose one of the issues with my car. The car had to stay until Monday. I had not received any update so I called in to see the status. Tim was uncertain what had caused the low transmission fluid level but said car was ready. He again seemed scattered and uninformed. Just not what I am used to with Toyota's service department.

Appointment took a long time for rotating tires. Not all the requested work was completed. Technician did not review broken components I had scheduled to be fixed until I had them bring car back into service bay. Cashier tried to bill me for work that was covered under Toyota Care Plus. I was told I may have to pay for a headlight assembly due to a defective connector even though I purchased the Platinum 100,000 mile extended warranty. Was informed that appointment times from now on are just guesses and not scheduled slots for work to be completed.
