Called Bill about my problem he got me in to see if safe to drive. They found it was not save to drive gave me a loaner what I Appreciate since I work in Platteville Wisconsin and needed to get to work! Bill kept me informed Got it fixed and was able to pick it up on way to work witch saved me a trip to town. Thanks!!!

Not certain about his knowledge on oil change, as thought with Toyota Care I got oil change every 6 mos, plus tire rotation, so they did not do oil change and tried to talk my husband out of doing tire rotation, but service did the rotation because husband told them to. In addition, I've received 3 service calls starting in April and May, so wanted to wait til July because car was purchased new on January 17, 2020. I've always been very pleased with Bill & John and the entire service department, and always said you could eat off their floor. But today's experience was quite unusual! Thank you for listening!!

Please give my sincere appreciation to John and your entire service department on a job well done. Our vehicle broke down while on vacation and John worked us into the schedule on a Saturday and provided a timely diagnosis and loaner van while ours was being repaired. He went above and beyond. It is so refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service. Thank you!!
