I had asked not only for an oil change, but to have a power steering leak assessed. At leased looked at to see what the issue was if it couldn't be fixed at the time, know what the issue was so it could be rescheduled to be fixed and know how long I would have to be without my vehicle, time and cost..... This wasn't addressed which means another visit to find out the answers. It's a struggle to be without my vehicle at all, let alone for an extra vist. I am just a little disappointed. Your staff is great! I'll be back, just have to figure out when.
