No need to contact - we had a warning light come on for a couple days twice within a couple months but nothing registered when checked at the dealership and there was no explanation as to why the "check AWD system" might be coming on. You were also unable to locate a click in our brake system we have been hearing/feeling for 6+ months. Spent $90 for nothing not to mention the time & mileage driving to & from Lancaster twice. But as always, your staff is very friendly and professional but we were relying on your expertise and knowledge of our vehicle. Next time however, we will start with a different mechanic closer to our home.

I was not notified about my last free included service expiring. When I came to the appointment I was told that it had expired and there was nothing to do. I explained how I purchased the car from here, have maintained it here, and purchased an extended maintenance package. He still stated that there was nothing that can be done. This makes me frustrated and I am very tempted to get my car serviced in Madison or Cedar Rapids to take my regular business where it will be appreciated.
