While I don't have any concerns with the quality of the services performed, I can't understand why it would take 3 hours for a 30k scheduled maintenance visit. This seems a little excessive to me.

I experienced a longer than normal wait time as the shop was busy that day. Shane went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He provided many updates, apologies and provided my services at no charge, stating, “We’re better than that here and it’s your first time with us, we want it to be a good experience.” His customer service skills were phenomenal. Shane was knowledgeable about the problem I was experiencing and could have really put me through the ringer in “potential diagnoses” but opted for the lesser $ route to try first and it was such a simple fix that was already being done as part of my service that day. Shane was sure to call and follow up to ensure that the problem was resolved as well. Thank Shane for my return business as I plan to have my car maintenance performed here regularly.

Always a top notched service experience! Very thorough staff! They found a nail in a tire which, if gone undetected, could have lead to very hazardous situation on the road! Always appreciated their thoroughness!

I very satisfied with my experience at Anderson’s Toyota. My truck was repaired as expected. I was advised of the costs before work was done which was within my expectation. The work was done quickly. The repair was done the same day. I was comfortable in the office. Everyone was properly masked and safe behavior was evident. Good job!!!
