I was completely satisfied with my service that they did in a timely manner the one thing I did not like is that they mess with your lights in your windshield washer your windshield wipers and I would just as soon they if they're going to mess with them put them back on auto like the customer had them and that would be great

We understand that things happen, however, we had an appointment set up for our vehicle to be serviced at 7 AM on January 5. We had a hard time understanding why it was not done by late afternoon and why there seemed to be a question as to whether or not we actually had an appointment when we had a confirmation text that said as much. And if it was going to take extra long then we would’ve appreciated a phone call or text letting us know that it would not be ready. We love Anderson Weber and know that we have better experiences in the future.

My maintenance light came on and I thought I needed an oil change. I was very pleasantly surprised when Tim at the service desk realized that all I needed was a tire rotation.So thank you Tim and Anderson Weber

I say this every single time and I sincerely hope someone relays this to him. Bill is so incredible. He knows his customers their vehicles and really cares. I trust him and while I know going to a dealer costs me more financially, the peace of mind I have is more than worth it.
