I love coming to Anderson because they know me they know my vehicle they know what my budget is they are great in letting me know what is necessary now are necessary a few weeks from now think they give me a cut a timeline especially when they know I need to save sometimes so they’re just very friendly very helpful and although I like all of them Bill and John are my favorites

He was more concerned about himself and a lady that had lost her keys then getting us out the door as he knew we had to wait much longer than we had planned.. well consider going elsewhere for service. Terry

I never thought I would buy a vehicle based on customer service. BUT, after this last service, I left thinking and told my husband. I’m never buying Toyota again! Our last vehicle was a Honda Pilot, and we had it for 5 years and had nothing but, top notch, FRIENDLY service! I miss this! Yes, I was confused on how Toyota Cared worked, yes I asked several questions, BUT I was nice when asking the questions. BUT, I can’t say the same to how they responded to me! Wow, just RUDE! Not to mention...I need new tires! Chris told me, word for word...”we do price match on tires, if you find them cheaper, bring in a estimate and we match them!” Sooooo, I go home and call around for an hour. Get a quote emailed to me. I call Anderson Weber and they tell me they can’t match it for various different reasons, and were once again rude about it, too! Come to think about it, I’ve never had a pleasant experience there! The best was when they took my son’s car seat out of my vehicle and gave my vehicle back with the seat thrown in, on its side, not buckled. I’m miss my service team at Honda.....

Thanks for all your help with our RAV4. Obviously it became a much larger job than when I called initially. I was glad we could have both the initial electrical issue and then the damage from the tow truck driver competed in one seamless interaction.
