I can’t believe the customer service here! It is just AWFUL! I sure miss being a Honda girl and being treated like a Queen when I got my Pilot service! I brought in a quote for tires. I ask Curt to honor the quote. He says, “they won’t honor this, but I can WASTE MY TIME TRYING, if you really want me to.” Really? HOW RUDE! I said, yes please try. Well, surprisingly he came back and said, I will quote him, taken directly from an email. Actually, I copied and paste his response. “I just went back and had parts call and we have the green light to match. I can have them in a day or two should I order them for you?“ As you see, he says he WILL match the quote. Well, after I agree and the tires are put on and he gives me the bill! It’s higher! Umm, that’s not matching a quote? I confront him and he says I NEED to add 10%. I said, you NEVER mentioned this before I agreed to have tires put on here. You agreed to match the quote. NOT add 10%. I’m feed up! I feel taken advantage of! I did pay the extra 10% and I’m not happy about it and ultimately want and believe I deserve a refund! I was lied to!
