Please quit with the up selling. I arrive and am being persuaded to purchase an additional $1000 in services. Things that were explained to me to be imperative at 30,000 miles and so on. My vehicle is encroaching 60,000 miles. If it was so important to have these services, then you neglected to catch it earlier. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. $264 later is bewildering. Quit trying to make $ off existing customers or I will not be a return customer for vehicles or services.

Last year I went to Tim to help resolve a fuel issue which wasn’t resolved with a service department I’ve dealt with since I purchased the car. Because of Tim’s (and service’s department) ability to solve the problem, consciously keep me updated, explain the problem, offer of a rental car and review service options I came back! I came back because I trust Tim’s advice and feel he’s looking out for the best interest in keeping my vehicle running properly. I plan to continue to drive 3 1/2 hours to service my car with Tim and have encouraged my husband to do the same with his Highlander.
