I appreciate how easy it is to send a quick email to have my car scheduled for regular maintenance needs, and that Toyota offers the option of someone coming to pick up/drop off my vehicle. I also like the paperwork that is left to let me know how the car is doing. It makes the entire process easy--thank you!
