They are always so nice and professional. I was late due to an accident and they said no problem come as soon as you can. They had me sign paperwork afterwards . Fernie even held the door open for me to the waiting area. John said they found a hole in my tire and he knew I would approve patching it so he took the liberty to tell them to go ahead and fix it. I did not wait particularly long even though I was late. John even drove my car into the garage so I didn’t have to go out in the rain. I trust them with my car hands down and don’t not go anywhere else.

John has helped with our service ever since we first became your customers He has always been friendly, concerned that our Toyotas are safe and road-ready and eager to know that we are satisfied. He is part of the reason we drive over an hour for AW service.

Every time I call in to schedule a service the woman who answers is beyond rude! And always tells me that my warranty has expired. I then have to say that I purchased the extended service appointments. She tells me I didn’t and then eventually finds it in the system. I am sick and tired of having to advocate for something I already purchased. And in person she is a condescending **** too. I was sick over needing to buy a different car. However the sales team and finance team were amazing! The men in the service department I have worked with have been great. But I literally get a stomach ache over having to call in and get the attitude of the woman who answers the phone in service.

The Anderson team was easy to work with. However my car is still making the same squealing noise that it was when I brought it in to get fixed
