Shane was absolutely amazing! Had a couple dash lights on when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. He had the technician look into them and it was discovered one of my front tie rods was dangerously loose. I take a lot of curvy and winding roads to work. I also usually have one of my nephews when I’m not at work. Shane ordered the part and put me in a loaner car until mine could be fixed. I am so thankful this issue was discovered and resolved quickly or the outcome could’ve been much different. I always trust the Anderson Weber team to keep myself and my passengers safe on the road and my car running at its best!
