I was able to schedule an appointment online early in the week for Friday afternoon when we would be in town (we live an hour away). We were quoted roughly an hour but came back after 1/2 hour and we were pleasantly surprised that they were just finishing up! I wasn’t aware of prices because it wasn’t posted online and was also surprised that the service was reasonably priced. Thank you! We will be back :)

Always a pleasure to work with John. I feel that he knows me and my vehicle. I never feel pressured by him and over three years I have developed a level of trust in what he tells me. I have all of my service work done at A/W and am very pleased with John and the entire operation.

I was having a recall on the fuel pump and they had to drop the gas tank I drove back home went to fill the fuel ended up with 3 gallons of gas on the ground because somebody didn’t hook up the fill hose to the gas tank.After explaining what was wrong I had no idea if it was totally fixed or not and there was no note no message on my phone so I didn’t know what was going on very disappointing

I would’ve liked to of received a call regarding my service and what was done with it. Also was told I would be talk to you about the parts needed on my vehicle to fix it, but no one did I had to ask about it
