I was in for a 90k check on my Tacoma. This service includes changing the spark plugs. This was not done! Instead you tried to up charge me for high margin services not even recommended by the manufacturer. I did not realize this until after I got home. What exactly did you do for $250 other than change to oil, rotate and balance the tires and change the air filters?
