I went in to have my stereo repaired. I was upsold on a new over-priced battery. I was told the stereo is working fine so I picked it up. Within 1 minute of starting the truck the stereo started randomly switching channels without me touching a thing. This was the exact reason I was there. I feel like the tech could have been more thorough when checking the issue was repaired. I lose 2 hours of work to drop off and pick up the vehicle each time I have to go in there.

My service rider is an excellent job, but the service guys didn’t do what they were told to do by the service manager. They were told to change the faulty oil filter twice they didn’t. I went home, clean the oil, sprayed it with brake fluid and brake fluid crinkles the paint on the filter when I took it back because it was still leaking The service manager told him to replace the oil filter. All he did is try to tighten it up because when I got home, I checked it out and had the same filter as when I brought it in so they did a **** job.
