I guess my experience was all good. I dropped off my truck and he took it to the back and did the oil change, well the workers did oil change Martin was very professional polite and it was a good experience u guys always take care of my problems when I take my truck thank you.

Martin was very helpful. He explained the issue clearly and was wonderful to work with. I would use him again as my service advisor. I spent a lot of money to repair my car but I felt like he was supportive and helpful with the cost.

Have me standing out there in the service bay for about 15 minutes while he was inside, shuffling some papers around little more attentive to the customer, especially when I’m handicapped and very hard for me to stand. Thank you, Miguel D

Completely untrained technicians- who uses wooden blocks on a 2024 corvette instead of using lifting pucks - MK Smith that’s who - who charges for 13 quarts of transmission fluid when it only takes 11 - MK smith does - who damages the under carriage of a new corvette because of workmanship - MK smith the place to go if you’re interested in back yard untrained technicians - seriously go anywhere else

Jay was terrific and kept us informed, but the wait for getting the smog done was extremely long. There was a problem with the technician being stranded and it delayed our car from getting done. We were one of the first in line, with an appointment, and we waited for our car for over 3 hours. Again, this was not Jay’s fault and he continued to keep us informed. We feel it is just one more instance when our service has taken too long.
