I received very good service from James. He was helpful and showed me two filters that also needed to be replaced and I agreed it was necessary. He also alerted me to an issue to take care of once I got back to Illinois and my local Honda dealer. I fnd these surveys a waste of my time. If there was something wrong I would tell you, but to always be told to fill these out in the most positive manner is really a marketing plan for your business to utilize in a cost effective manner. I am most satisfied with your service and the van is better than its competition. That should be enough said until something changes.

The service desk could be a little more social with the customer. a smile or greeting would be nice.An idea of how long the wait will be would be helpful
