I came down from Minneapolis, MN to visit my Dad for Father's Day and was so thankful to see a Honda dealership in Mason City Iowa. I called the day before I visited and spoke with Jim about getting an oil change and some other thoughts I was having before driving across country to Washington state. From the moment I arrived I felt very well taken care of. Jim remembered me right away, got me going, and addressed my concerns. From Jim, to the sales people, the cashier, and even the guy working in parts were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Most important is that Jim and the tech guys I spoke with made me feel like I can trust them and the work done at this dealership. I can't think of a better way for a customer to feel!
