I wasn’t provided with a receipt showing the service performed and a credit card receipt. Had to contact dealer twice. The actual service was fine and the service manager very helpful

I took my new CRV Touring in as my XM radio cuts out periodically. I am still experiencing the cutting out. Honda also replaced my windshield blades and will be testing those out tomorrow. Alex was very cordial and accommodating.

I had a 9 AM appointment to put new snow tires on and it was supposed to have taken about an hour. I came back two hours later and the vehicle hadn’t even been brought into the shop yet. Not very professional. I hope in the future you would let customers know ahead of time that the shop was running late so they could just bring their vehicle in a little bit later.
