I was a little uneasy about having the airbag recall done because I didn’t liken the sound of my dash being torn apart. But I was put at ease by the service advisor taking me back in the shop and letting me see what was being done to my car. That was super helpful. I’ve had my new Honda into Hosmer twice and so far I’m impressed. Thanks.

I insist that you pass on my appreciation of the service and support generously given to myself and other customer in my presence. I have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with Mr. Rops. The stigma associated with "dealership service" seems bizarre considering the influence your facilities can and do leverage through this gentleman. When I encounter poor service, my business leaves with me; working with Alex reinforces a growing sense of loyaty to the Honda brand and your dealership specifically. Thank you for taking my money. The service received was prompt and all questions answered. I was given assurance I did not any issues with my thermostat and my antifreeze was adequate. The problem with my Honda not heating as quick as I thought it should was probably due to the cold weather.
