We were travelling from Montana to an event in Des Moines, Iowa. They got us in and out of the shop in about 2.5 hours. We just arrived back in Montana and the car worked great.

Windshield wiper fluid was not replaced, even though I was assured it had. What else was skipped... rotating tires, actually changing oil? Lots of trust put into service, but not sure I have it now. My fluid was at zero. I’ve never run out of fluid before in all my cars which leaves me to believe that they didn’t fill it the last time either. No vacuum or offer to wash the car. Coupon given at check in but not put on bill. I could have easily paid more than I was supposed to. Lots of trust issues here after this experience.
