Hats off to Tom in the service department. He was extremely helpful, compassionate, and understanding when it was discovered there was a hole in the engine block of my Hyundai. He was great with giving options. Thank you! While I chose to have Hyundai look at my vehicle and not go with the replacement of a used engine, because of my interactions during this process, I will be recommending Hosmer Honda to anyone in the Mason City area.
