Tom, service manager, always works hard to provide great/timely service. My work has me on the road constantly. Tom is conscious of that and does his best to take great care of my Honda and to schedule me when the wait is not too long or a loner is available.

I’m gonna be honest, I’m not doing the survey. That Thom dude was super cool, man! Five stars for that guy! The lobby couches were A+. I had a water, a nice conversation with an 88 yr old dude, and got some work done on my phone. Took a little while to do my recall, but I seriously pulled up on a whim and was hoping for the best. 10/10 would visit again! Give Thom a raise for Christ sakes!
