Whoever brought my car back to me at work, left it in drive and left the car on. When I got in after work, my battery was dead. Had to have it jumped. Other than that, everything was good

Tom remembers my name and seems to know why I’ve come before I tell him. He gets my vehicle in even on a busy day. I’m kept up to date with the progress on my service and offers friendly chat when I bring my vehicles in and when l Pick it up. We have two Honda Vehicles and both are well tended to thanks to Tom and a well run service department .

Tom was great! He treated me with respect, and kept me informed - I like that.... There’s an art to dealing with people, and Tom’s a pro - he made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend.....cars needing unanticipated repairs usually create uncomfortable situations.....not the case here, thanks to Tom (and Robert, too)... kudos to both gentlemen. My Acura was in good hands, and that means a lot to me.
