Thom is one of the most patient, polite, and accommodating service managers I have ever met. He was having his challenges today with Covid running through the area so bad, but still as always he works to accommodate the customers needs. Give him a raise!

I would like a detailed invoice on the charges. What was there was just a paragraph of what they were going to do and the cost. My bill was quite a bit more than I was told it would be. I need a break down of what was repaired and what it cost. Please
