Was told it was fixed out of good will even though the seat was damaged when detailing there before we picked up brand new car it will be last car we buy there we don't need good will need a dealer that appreciates our business

I had an appointment for 10:00 and was told it would be done by 12:00. When I arrived at 12:00 I was told it would be another 45 minutes so waited and did not get my car until 1:45. I was given a loaner to use so I could do errands earlier in the day which was a plus!
