Wade was very helpful and accommodating and just extremely friendly. He assured me that even though we did not purchase our vehicle in Mason City, Hosmers would still take good care of my vehicle. That was so nice to hear. We wanted to purchase locally, but your used inventory simply didn't have what we were looking for. I'm so impressed with how kind and courteous everyone at Hosmers has been. Thank you!!

When I get my car serviced at Toyota of Plano they return to me freshly washed. They're waiting room has free pop. That's customer service above and beyond expectations. HosmerToyota didn't do either of these tbings.

I have always received good work and care from Hosmer Toyota and Adam Nalan. If I had only 1 thing to complain about, would be the free car wash. Hince "free". It never comes out clean, and sometimes it looks worse than before. I don't expect every bug or spot to be removed.... but the bottom doesn't even look like they touched it. And water spots all over it. Other than that, I had a good experience. Thank you!
