Only negative, you did not have the parts on hand and I had to come back for you to finish the job, beyond that, service was good and he was professional and explained it was a part that normally did not go bad, so I accepted his answer and look forward working with him in the future.

The coupon booklet I got when I bought the truck had a complimentary first oil change with a 27 point inspection with a wash and vacuum which is nice. The only issues I had was, the wash wasn't that great and it wasn't vacuumed. These are little issues but very noticeable, and put a bad memory in the mind of the customer. Thanks for your time Jon M

I love Hosmer Toyota and have been coming here since Sept 2006 when I first owned my 2003 4-Runner. Adam was very professional and courteous during my visit today for service. My car was to be washed and vacuum and neither of it was done. Also I only wanted an oil change and my tires got rotated as they where rotated last time I was there. I told them that when I called just an oil change on Tuesday or Wednesday

I was disappointed to see dirty finger marks inside my highlander. It will take some time to scrub since it was on fabric. Wash hands before touching the interior.
