Tires were not there but Steve did find other ones for us Vehicle was not washed or vacuumed out Clip for front grill was not replaced/installed

I will speak to the manager about being advised to have fluids changed as they were due which I was OK with, but being charged for un-necessary and not Toyota listed items that I would not have agreed to had I known what 'Floyd changes' actually meant. I have lost all trust in Hosmer.

Steve did a fine job. I have no complaints about him. I do, however, have a complaint about an over all atmosphere of people commenting about how much I drive my car. Really, isn't that my business and no one else's? At least someone in every department that is in contact with the public has made comments to me about how much I drive. That should make people happy since I trade every 3years. I love driving. That's what I do. I'm an explorer and shouldn't have to defend my life. So tell your people to stop it. Thanks! Happy trails!
