It’s not your fault it’s just that I can’t spend that much to fix this car it’s not worth that much so as far as service go’s I’d say they did there job just didn’t turn out the way I wanted

Jason gives great customer service and is always friendly.He went the extra mile and even washed my car and I didn’t even have to ask. It a small thing but it really shows he cares about the customers. :)

The only thing that concerned me was the lack of protection with Covid-19. No staff wore madks when interacting with customers and waiting room chairs were close to entrance/exit door. Overall, great service. Always kind and prompt.

Car dealerships sometimes get a bad rap for wanting to sell you services that you don’t always need. I had an issue with my car not wanting to start, I had to have Hosmer Toyota come pick up my car which I would like to thank Rick Brunsvold for lining that all up for me. Dave and the auto tech CT I believe who worked on my vehicle figured out the issue, Dave also suggested some other scheduled maintenance I should consider having done. One of the services was to have the transmission flushed at a cost of $160. Dave later called me back and said that wasn’t necessary until my car hits 100,000 miles. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Between my dad and I we have purchased three vehicles from Hosmer Toyota and I can assure you that if the service was poor or they tried to sell us something we didn’t need we wouldn’t come back. Thanks Dave, Rick, CT
