I brought my car in to have a low tire fixed, advised not fixable so put on my spare tire and was going to file claim for replacement. For this I am very appreciative of your assistance of getting my tire replaced that was under warranty. Advised I would be getting a call when tire ready. Went on my way. After driving the sensor light came on, called and Dave advised that was because it was trying to read a sensor that was not there. While driving down highway kept hearing a thumping noise associated this with it being spare too. Got home after appointments and noticed lug nuts sticking out..I could tighten with fingers! Had my husband tighten and feel very lucky it didn’t come off completely. Came in yesterday to get new tire on and told Dave of the loose lug nuts and he just said that is common and why need to retork after 50-100 miles. I have NEVER had this happen and it started on my way home..less than 50 miles! So new tire on, my spare supposed to be put back on along with cover. Got home noticed cover seemed to not be on completely and discovered the spare wobbly which probably why covered was way it was so removed it and the lug nuts holding spare not tightened completely! Got them tightened and cover put on securely so don’t have to worry about that coming off either now..hopefully!
